 Too many questions but still answering to these questions is important for anyone who wants live healthy.  Here comes how long you lived doesn’t matter but how healthy are you is important.  No one knows until meets doctor for health issues.  Everyone thinks that he/she is fit and healthy.   But in reality all of sudden people are falling ill and some of even losing their lives.   

Are your really aware of how diseases attack?
Though many of us aware that what is causing ill-health and what makes good health not giving enough priority to health matters.  We never bother at young age.  As a result later in the life particularly in middle-age more diseases are accumulated in the body.  In this stage it is becoming difficult to restore good healthy quick time.  Also many cases people are leading life with many chronic diseases like Diabetics, Blood Pressure, eye sight issues, liver issues, kidney issues, cardiac issues, cancer, hair issues, skin issues and so on.

Therefore as a social responsibility from my part I take privilege to start this blog to bring awareness in mankind.   I will be more than happy if I can reach few thousands of people across the nations particularly developing countries.

Food intake is very crucial and makes lot of difference to maintain good health or ruin health.  Food habits must have to be different from person to person.  For example Healthy Food habits of women may not be alike when compare with men.  Similarly children food habits must vary compare with young, middle age and old age persons.  Each age group people must aware what is their body is expecting at different age category about diet plans, nutrition and health supplements etc.,  

Is health research helping us really?
We have taken enough struggles to meet no. of people of who are maintaining good health and who are suffering from ill health, what are the causes and experiences of people.  Our ultimate objective is to help mankind voluntarily with good suggestions and guidelines health tips, healthy food and supplement.

Why women health is important
Women health and fitness is somewhat different when compare with men.  So we will be dealing separately regarding women health and women health issues.  Because we know how important is women health each one of us.  Women are our backbone in our society and particularly in our families.  Predominantly in Asian countries like Indian, China, Middle-east, Europe women got very important and crucial role in the family.  Therefore they deserve to have separate category of health advises / tips on women and health updates.  Hope women will get most benefit from this health diet tips.

What is good for kids health ?
Childhood is gift of God almighty.  Because of ailments many children are not luck enough to enjoy fully.  With good intension and benefit of children we have planned to enough importance on children health and healthy kids.
