Tooth pain / tooth ache – tooth pain may different for each individual. For some people the pain may occur when something touches to the teeth, some people it may pain continuously even there is no contact with anything or any other parts of human body.  During teeth ache normally you will observe head ache, light fever, swelling near and around the teeth and so on.
Dental care – To take care of your teeth we would suggest you the following tips.  If you follow these tips you may prolong or avoid your tooth decay, tooth pain.
Clean tongue properly - As bacteria forms on tongue we would suggest you to clear tongue on daily basis.  Use professional tongue cleaner and clean the numerous bacterial from your tongue.  Else these bacteria will develop mouth issues and bad breath and also may contribute to dental issues.
Jaw pain and tooth pain - If you notice pain in jaw and or tooth.  We would suggest you to meet your dental doctor on high priority basis.
Other Problems – take proper care of your dental issues.  Because tooth problems may become cause for cardiac issues, diabetes issues, it may create speaking issues. 
Take vitamins and calcium – You need to take calcium and vitamins.  Particularly Vitamin D and Vitamin B complex are very important to maintain good oral and dental health.
Proper brushing – practice brushing at least twice a day.  User good branded brush and good tooth paste.
Mouthwash – Use mouth wash whenever you feel that your teeth or mouth becoming dry.
Flossing – We advise flossing once in a day.  Flossing helps to removed food particles and waste from your teeth, where brush may not be able to reach.
Avoid tobacco – It is highly advisable to you to avoid tobacco and its products.  It creates lot of oral problems.  It may also lead to cancer.
Avoid soft and hot drinks - It is always better to avoid soft drinks, tea, coffee etc., because these drinks may create oral / teeth issues to you.
Consult dentist - Make a practice to meet your dentist at least twice in a year whether you have problems or not.

Broccoli, garlic, green tea, apple, red chilli, pepper, kola nut tea, whole grain, Milk with high fat contents, olive oil, eggs, chicken fish, sea food, curd, yoghurt, oysters, onions, meat, iodized salt,  nuts, seaweeds are some of the good and advisable food for person who is suffering from thyroid issues.

Coffee, cauliflower, mustard, peanuts, linseed, peaches, turnips, spinach, millet etc are some of the food items a thyroid person can avoid.

Treatments for thyroid
Basically thyroid can be treated in three ways.  They are surgery, medication and Radioiodine treatment.
Surgery – In some situations surgery may be recommended by doctors.  For instance in situations like thyroid gland is swollen, severe thyroid problems are resulting, if any other treatments are not effective and if the thyroid symptoms are reoccurring after taking other kinds of treatments like medications, radioiodine treatments etc.,
Medication – Medication is common treatment for thyroid issues at very early stages of the disease.   Medication controls over hormone release problems.  Based on your thyroid issue severity doctor may prescribe the dosage of medication.  When the thyroid issues are abolished or patient become normal the medication may be stopped.   However some people may need to continue the medication for life time.
Medication may results some side effects in some people.  The patient may feel sick, fever, stomach upset, rashes, head- aches etc.,
Radioiodine treatment – Some cases doctors depends on this type of treatment.  Radioiodine treatment is basically two types one is radiation effects and capsules to drink.  This kind of treatment needs special kind of attention while in treatment.  Few of them are women should not get pregnant, Men should not become father during this period patient should not be contact with children / kids.

In general pain around the front part of the knee is called knee pain.  Normally person who is suffering from knee pain face difficulties to make movements like sit, walk, climbing stairs etc., knee pains and joint pains troubles person a lot will not allow moving because of extreme pains.  Knee pain is basically two types. -          Change or replace your shoes as frequently as possible (before the shoe sole becoming hard enough).
-          Use shoes with good cushion and comfort.
-          Avoid trunk / hard roads as much as possible.  Hard surface may create injuries to your knees.
-          Please do not do sudden and rigorous exercise, start and end with warming up exercises.
-          Avoid hard sports like volley ball, football, basketball etc., whichever the sport you feel hard.
