Tooth pain - tooth ache – tooth decay

Tooth pain / tooth ache – tooth pain may different for each individual. For some people the pain may occur when something touches to the teeth, some people it may pain continuously even there is no contact with anything or any other parts of human body.  During teeth ache normally you will observe head ache, light fever, swelling near and around the teeth and so on.
Dental care – To take care of your teeth we would suggest you the following tips.  If you follow these tips you may prolong or avoid your tooth decay, tooth pain.
Clean tongue properly - As bacteria forms on tongue we would suggest you to clear tongue on daily basis.  Use professional tongue cleaner and clean the numerous bacterial from your tongue.  Else these bacteria will develop mouth issues and bad breath and also may contribute to dental issues.
Jaw pain and tooth pain - If you notice pain in jaw and or tooth.  We would suggest you to meet your dental doctor on high priority basis.
Other Problems – take proper care of your dental issues.  Because tooth problems may become cause for cardiac issues, diabetes issues, it may create speaking issues. 
Take vitamins and calcium – You need to take calcium and vitamins.  Particularly Vitamin D and Vitamin B complex are very important to maintain good oral and dental health.
Proper brushing – practice brushing at least twice a day.  User good branded brush and good tooth paste.
Mouthwash – Use mouth wash whenever you feel that your teeth or mouth becoming dry.
Flossing – We advise flossing once in a day.  Flossing helps to removed food particles and waste from your teeth, where brush may not be able to reach.
Avoid tobacco – It is highly advisable to you to avoid tobacco and its products.  It creates lot of oral problems.  It may also lead to cancer.
Avoid soft and hot drinks - It is always better to avoid soft drinks, tea, coffee etc., because these drinks may create oral / teeth issues to you.
Consult dentist - Make a practice to meet your dentist at least twice in a year whether you have problems or not.

The following are some of the dental problems – tooth aches, tooth sensitivity, tooth erosion, mouth sores, oral cancer, gum disease, tooth decay, bad breath and continuous pain in teeth.

There are so many advanced treatments for oral and teeth, however we advise you to meet good dentist before taking any treating on dental issues.  We also advise you to meet early when you notice problem.
Add food which is rich in calcium and phosphorous - Example for calcium food almonds, curd, seafood, milk etc., Example for phosphorous – eggs, meat, nuts, fish, pumpkin seeds etc.,
Fruits with high water – add carrots, cucumber, apples in your meals as these fruits are having high water contents.
Vitamin – D – Vitamin D is very important for your oral and body health.  Sun light, cod liver oil, egg yolks.
Vitamin – C (Citrus food) strawberries, broccoli, strawberries, kiwi, oranges are rich in C Vitamin.
Other foods are water, milk, cheese, black and green tea, garlic, ginger, pears, sweet potatoes, black coffee, red wine etc.,
